BERTIE COUNTY MINIMUM BUILDING SETBACK REQUIREMENTS

The following setbacks are to be applied to parcels divided/created from the effective date.  Parcels existing prior to the effective date of September 1, 2005 have no required minimum building setbacks, except where required in the NC State Building Code and by the NC State Environmental Health Laws.

Effective September 1, 2005

Effective February 6, 2006
